1. Write an essay under United states law describe in your own words the advantages, disadvantages and risks associated with the Federal Freedom of Information Act (FOIA). Make recommendations on how to improve the law and simplify the process when adopting limited budget resources. The statutory law consists of the constitution, decrees, codes, statutes, rules and regulations provided by the various federal authorities. The Statute Law includes written laws carried out by the legislative body. It is regulated by the Supreme Court of the country. The law is passed to clarify what the common law was. Cases and civil law based on the written constitution of the country is frequently misunderstood. Trade legislation, business training regulations, criminal codes and tax laws are only a few examples of status law.

In an official legislative procedure, the government intentionally created a law in elected officials. This written law is implemented on the basis of the current situations and problems faced by the judiciary and will tend to developments in science and technology. We have no power to create the law, even though they can advise on improvements to be made. Statutes can come from state, governmental and local governments.

The United States Constitution, which codify all powers of government and forbid all limitations of authority, is the legal document which is above anyone else. It forms the basis of the federalist system, since it lays down a set of rules that include the Federal government (legislative, executive and judiciary). The Constitution may be changed and it is the government's duty to protect its citizens against violations of fundamental freedoms with the first ten constitutional amendments (the Charter of Rights).Simply put, our laws are established under the Constitution of the United States. The judiciary interprets the meaning of the Constitution and seeks to preserve its integrity. Congress, the legislative branch creates and adopts our laws on the basis of the text of the Constitution.
