“Mr. Marc the President of Blue Ocean Corporation cannot understand why despite the strategy of motivation of the company and the tremendous investment in terms of salary, work conditions and rewarding, the employees’ productivity remains under the expectations. For Mr Marc, the motivation orientation of the company should affect positively workers’ productivity. He decides to designate a team from   HR Department to conduct a research in order to explore the situation, to discover ideas and insights and to understand the real reasons of such controversial result. The main concern of the President is increasing the corporate performance through the improvement of employees’ productivity”. Investigate the root problems, do interviews of employees, find the data sources, use historical studies, do a survey in the workplace, and use statistical studies.

These approaches help to find the root cause of the problem of lower productivity after the hue investments.
