1. Depression and social Isolation is most commonly emerging problems in oldage.But these are not a normal part of aging. Reasons for depression in older adults ,feeling uneasy , loss of loved one like spouse, friends makes older adults to feel depressed, physiological changes in olf age like decrease sensory functions ,physical problems make them socially isolated and make emotional imbalance.

2. *Encourage them to mingle with Family members and same age group friends. * Involve them Family functions to reduce feel if isolated. *Take them out of home for natural air helps to reduce depression. *Encourage them to do interested things like reading books. *Design their room combines with family instead of separate.
