An online restaurant is exploiting the online approach and technology to carry forward it's ventures are expland it's work horizons. Online restaurant is a new age concept and works over and above the physical approach or reach , both from the side of producer as well as consumers.

The economic factors include ( other than the basic infrastructure and labour for hospitality ) , an investment in technological aspect like setting up of the online networking base which includes a profile for the restaurant along with associations with various integrating sites to launch the information to the public.

The competition factor depends on the level and place where the technological settings like online platforms are set, eg a restaurant set in a village like area with less access will actually reduce competition while in cities with equal technological access, this is just a necessity to stay in competition.

Finally the socially regulatory factors can get blurred out sometimes. The limits and regulations which are needed to be checked are difficult to operate because of disguise , which is a common fact on the internet. the disguise is not just harmful to consumer , but also to regulatory and tax collection bodies and can cause major defaults in the regulatory chain.

These are some aspects on online restaurant.
