The people who are having expertise in Manufacturing and SCM should be allotted one to each palce for overall overview of the process, starting from procurement to distribution. Manufacturing personnel can walk through the manufacturing process of the digitalized tablet. SCM personnel to look into the logistics and distribution facilities.

The IT expert will be staying in the Head office and checking the IT infrastructure and feasibility of the products.

And the Management and Supervision personnels will be talking incharge of the entire management and supervision of other team members and you being the team lead need to consolidate all the views of the team members.
