Conrad Hilton, what do you think were his strengths and/or weaknesses as a businessman and as a person.

In terms of strengths Conrad Hilton was a visionary businessman and a visionary person. He was industrious, enterprising, persistent and had a strong sense of direction and purpose in life. He recognized the need to succeed in life through developing entrepreneurial skills. He did so by working at his father’s general store in Socorro County. He also exposed himself to different experiences so as to be able to expand his horizon and outlook in life.

In terms of weaknesses Conrad Hilton had the tendency to sometimes get too aggressive. While being aggressive stood him in good stead at many an occasion it also led him to sometimes think irrationally and illogically. One of his weaknesses as a person was that he had a strong compelling sense of himself and this led him to undermine many other persons whom he came across in his business life and personal life. Moreover Conrad Hilton lived by his own ideas and methods and was hence not very flexible in his approach towards business as well as relationships.
