I had lesson in my tenth std known as impossible dream, where one person no matter whoat happens talk in gentle language to another. He has a dream was in this way other person would also behave in similar world and there would be no hatred left in the world. I mostly belive in this fact. No matter how person in front of us has behaved with us, we need to forget it for peace of our mind, and behave with that person i natural world. So that there is no heat in the air.
There are many battled won against hatred. Classic exampleof this is M.K. Gandhi who was peace lover, and always supported truth. He got India its freedom by means of non violence, through non alliance movement, boycotting etc.
I often do this in my fmily, earlier I used to get angry on family members or friends, but now if I forget and behave in kind manner I do not receive back the same. Though it is difficuilt but it is not impossible
