The name of the brand comes from the old coffee merchants Maritime tradition and their love of the open sea. Today it has more than 21000 stores in approximately 65 countries. Along with the culture along with the culture Starbucks also value to the staff, in fact we can say Starbucks care about its employees and try to satisfy its employees before customers. Call the employees as their partners, the keep weekly meetings and listen to the grievances of the employees. It also brought innovations in the world of coffee.
