What questions should be addressed during an internal assessment of positions?
In Health Care Management there will be multiple positions based on the setting that is whether it could be a hospital setting or a hospital based company.Irrespective of the setting some common questions can be discussed below.They are
1. What are all the positions present in the setting?
2. Which positions should be addressed initially?
3. How many left over positions that need to be assessed?
4. What are all the essential qualities required for the position?
5. Whether internal assessment would help to reach particular standards regarding certain positions?
6.Did the group of people eligible for the positions that need to be assessed?
7. What are all the effective performance from the employees which suits this internal assessment of positions?
