In the chemotaxis, outside energy is require for the process of moving organisms in to the nutrients or single. So, chemotaxis is a endergonic process.

In RNA synthesis or transcription process, the phosphate energy is required to complete the process.so transcription is a endergonic reaction and H+ gradient process also required outside energy to flow of H+ ions through gradient.
