As the aviation industry is evolving, regulations need to adapt to meet the changing landscape. Research one national and one international regulation to identify an area where the regulation could be improved based on current, or future, industry changes.
Laws of a country govern the actions in the society. Some many industries and authorities need the law protection. The general public also needs a lawyer to safeguard their interests and rights. There are many duties that individuals and businesses have to follow to function in the country. The laws and regulations also govern the aviation industry. Many national and international laws govern the functioning of the sector and its employees. These laws came into existence decades ago, and some of the rules need amendments. The authorities have to take necessary actions to fulfill the needs of the world. The first national regulation is that the women working in the aviation industry have to retire after a certain age, which is comparatively lower than male employees' age or have to retire if she is pregnant. Hence, the provision is discriminatory and also violates the fundamental right of equality. Equality is the basic right, and no action can take a right away based on gender, race, caste, and culture. The international aviation industry's global regulation is that the international aviation laws provide exclusive private rights to many companies. The companies misuse the law and exploit it. It offers wrongful reasons for these companies. Hence, there should be a cap on the extent of the operation of rights. The international authorities should amend the law.
