Work motivation systems are managerial instruments which can be used to enhance the productivity of a company by motivating its employees. Per motivation systems can consist of several forms of managerial entity which can involve inclusion of different kinds of perks for the employees so that they feel motivated to do a particular work efficiently in a given period of time. While one of the famous work motivation system involves salary hikes at regular interval time periods along with bonus pay, the best way to motivate the employees is for the manager to provide extra benefits to the employees working under them so that the employees feel a psychological security which will help them stay in the particular company for a long period of time while maintaining their high grade productivity.

For example, the manager of a company can talk to the human resources department to organise events which not only e motivates the employees to increase their efficiency but also provide reinforcement to the employees in the form of a reward. This can vary from a party every few months on selected occasions to sport activities which can help in breaking the ice between coworkers
