Expert Solution

Ans.
Usually the International students transfer from one community college to another four year university or college. Every university or college has its own transfer policies. When the international students opt for transfer of university in the USA the first thing they do is to consult the International Student Academic Advisor. The process of transfer varies amongst colleges and universities. Transfering from a college to a college is a smooth process but the same with universities is timetaking as well as tiresome.
Having knowledge of the US education system, the international students Academic Advisor then acts as a guide for the process of planning and transfer from one university to the other one. They help the students in planning the transfer process and applying at another university at the correct time. After getting advice from the advisor, the student should seek for the approval of the head of the departments and other relevant authorities.
The most important thing in the process is to keep knowledge of the transfer of Student and Exchange Visitor Programme records. The students are then required to consider the advice of the International Students Advisor and complete the process of transfer by transferring all the documents and informing all the authorities with justifying reason.
Both the University policies and externals determine the regulations for influencing the transactions to be recorded. The budget transfer should only be used for moving the budget from one line to another unit. The budget transfers are accomplished by using Self Service Banner and selecting the Finance option and Budget transfer.
