Re:   Delegation of duties I am writing this memo to make you people aware of your responsibilities and roles in the future events. You all might be aware of new appointments that are coming to our office. For that I want each department to give their 100% in working along with this I would request you people to give trainings and design some techniques that can help new employees to come. Below are the responsibilities given with allotted departement. a) Start dates and times: This will be managed by on floor duty employees they will be liable to keep a proper record of start date and time. b) Induction: Induction will be done by the HR team, orientation and training all will be managed by HR team c) Admin requirements: Admin requirement will be managed by Admin HR department, all requirement of fixtures and tools etc d) IT: IT sector will be managed by IT backend office employees itself e) Payroll of the new staff: Payroll of the new staff will also be managed by the HR team and I want a copy of payroll of new staff members.
