C-suit is generally the category which refers to the executive level managers in the company. Some common c-suite executives are chief financial offier, chief executive offier, chief operating officer etc.
It is true that modern market is now seen the elements of operational management in the C-suite of the organisation. The examples are as below:
1. Operations management includes decision making and extensive capability to understand the strategic market analysis and skills in itself for a leader. The people incorporated under the C-suite are expected to perform their day to day operations and activities alligned with the changing analysis and changing environment of the organisation which requires strategic and management skills for the vision accomplishment.
2. The Operations maangement also include the effective communication skill within the people under the c suit executives and people working with that level of the organisation. The executives should demonstrate leadership and business expertise skills where effective leadership to achieve the vision and the techniques to make the policies and objectives should be well communicated with the whole organsiation for proper functioning and direction for the company.
3. Management duties and responsibilties are often not taken up by C level executives but as an operations management element, these executives are required to have and perform both technical, functional and management skill to ensure the employees are working in the essential manner and also the stakeholders are satisfied with the company's operation.
