People can't donate blood in this cases because reasons are mentioned below:

a) Piercings can introduce foreign particles  and pathogens into body. There is chance that Hepatitis B, hepatitis C, and HIV can be spread through blood contaminated by a piercing. The primary reason is to prevent transferring the hepatitis virus to the recipient.

b) The person who has recently treated with antibiotics should be evaluated first because some infections are transmissible in blood.

c)  If person is having low iron in blood then  person may faint or become dangerously weakened after donating  blood.​

d) Underweight person is not allowed to donate blood because after donation of blood, donor may have to face health risk.

e) It is prevented to reduce the risk of human immunodeficiency virus transmission

f)This is also  to reduce the risk of human immunodeficiency virus transmission

g) Previously received blood transfusions during a medical procedure can not donate blood because person is not healthy donor.

h) As per guideline, if  person is in a relationship with a drug user (injected) are not eligible  to donate blood.
