What are we looking for?

The company wants to hire an entry level IT Analyst for its Airfreight Operations Unit in Manhattan, New York.

Primary Purpose:

The selected candidate will be required to assist senior system analysts in managing multiple projects across various departments, managing the database for daily reservations, repeated statistical analysis of hourly online and offline reservations, redefining logistics and customer support packages, managing Human Resources networking and coordination across different departments, tracking delivery of different merchandise based on weight and value measurements.

Essential Skills and Requirements:

1. Excellent command on MS Office suite particularly MS-Excel, MS-Word and MS-Outlook,

2. Working Knowledge of R, SPSS and SQL,

3. Core Analytical skills,

4. Familiarity with C++, Java, HTML coding,

5. Databases and query based management skills using MS-Access,

6. Backend Operations Management and Integration,

7. Systems Integration and just-in-time management skills,

8. Knowledge of Total Quality Management,

9. Human Resource Requirement Analysis and integrated coordination between multiple departments.

Industrial Experience Required:

2-3 years of working experience in Information Systems based logistics and deliveries management especially in airfreight industry.

Educational Qualification:

B.Tech in IT and Logistics Management or related stream.

Emoluments and Incentives offered:

CTC:$ 600,000 per annum plus variable incentives based on target delivery accomplishments.

Working Hours:

Flexible working hours and work from home option also available.
