What has given rise to the great migration to cities currently taking place? If cities are sometimes difficult and dangerous places in which to live, why do they continue to attract so many newcomers?

MEANING OF MIGRATION-

Migration means movement or shifting from one place to another or moving from one country/place or locality to another.

In today's world, Migration increases to a very high rate. There are large number of Migration taking place. Migration also means Urbanisation.

Great Migration to cities give rise, due to  different aspects like unique region, geographical and culture as well as level of development and economic. In cities, there is more concentration of wealth than the towns. There are more job opportunities, health facilities, economic condition and much more. These are the reasons due to great Migration increases.

Even if cities are sometimes difficult and dangerous places in which to live, they all continue to attract so many newcomers because as we discussed above , in cities there are more job opportunities, health facilities, better economic condition and living facilities. These are the most important reasons why they continue to attract new comers.
