Explain what the purpose of isoaltion of caffeine from tea is in a lab. (Just one or two paragraphs, please don't copy and paste).
Tea is widely consumed as a beverage drink around the world. Tea has also become a popular addictive drink due to the present of a neuro stimulant called caffine. An average 30 gram of tea contains 20-110 mg of caffine.
Caffine stimulates the nervous system and induces cardiac and respiratory muscle relaxation. It increases attention span and alertness. But on regular consumption patients experience withdrawal symptoms,headache,nausea, insomnia. Caffine overdose deprives sleep and makes people nervous.
So in order to regulate and check the levels of caffeine in tea samples consumed by people we must learn the appropriate techniques of caffeine isolation from tea.
