Public goods are those which are free to use and therefore there is no cost involved in usage of such products. While usage of public products does not reduce its availability for other people so it is not like if one person is breathing fresh air the other individuals won’t get fresh air. This characterstics is basically known as non rivalry . Other one is non excludability i.e it is not  possible to stop others to use public good .

Public goods are either provided by nature or government.

1) Hotels are not considered to be public good as it is chargable and can only be hire by good income level .

3) Herd immunity of anyone is also not a public good as it is not available for all the individuals .

4) Shared popcorns are also not a part of public good , as it's availabilty reduces when we consume them .
