The three areas which helps in reviewing procedures of AIS is Input,out,processing.Input is reviewed to find the input recorded is correct or not and no mistakes happen while convening such input into machine readable form.Processing to confirm that there are no data manipulation done while processing.Output to verify logics exists in the system and records produced by it.

Accounting information is required by the management for taking adequate accounting information regularly to make right decisions.
AccountingInformation Systems records data and presents it to users in different forms for business as whole as well as individual departments where managers of each departments can evaluate their operational and functional achievement and compare them to that overall goals and targets of entity which helps in finding which area is lagging behind and putting efforts to improve such area.
