A) Alcohol Addiction and How to Get Rid of It
Alcohol addiction is rising problem in the present times and to free a person of the addiction is even more complex. Drinking is a part of life for many people. When is it common in society, it can be hard to tell the difference between someone who likes to have a few drinks now and then and someone with a real problem, but alcoholism is a real disease.
Objectives:
1) Alcoholism can cause myriad health problems from ulcers to diabetes, bone loss, immune suppression, birth defects, cirrhosis etc. It is serious and requires immediate attention.
2)the treatment includes not only drugs but counseling of the patient, nutritional changes in which the nurses can be very helpful.

Hypertension is a leading problem of present times.
Objectives
1) nurses can provide therapeutic assistance to pre-Hypertensive patients by making them aware of the risk factors for hypertension as smoking, obesity etc.
2) Nurses can maintain activity restrictions (bedrest or chair rest); schedule periods of uninterrupted rest; assist patient with self-care activities as needed. Lessens physical stress and tension that affect blood pressure and the course of hypertension.
Provide comfort measures (back and neck massage, elevation of head).

Objectives
1)Nurses are largely responsible for assessing women during triage for admission, monitoring and assessing the health of mother/baby after hospital admission.
2) Nurses manage and administer oxytocin, assess and assist with labor pain, and are primary managers of second stage labor.
D)What Should a Nurse Do When an Elderly Refuses to Eat?
Often a student nurse or junior care assistant is asked to feed these elderly patients. They can give a tough time to even experienced nurses.
Objectives:
1) To understand the underlying problem that the patient is facing be it dementia, problems in swallowing, loss of teeth etc and feed them accordingly.
2)A lot of factors have to kept in mind while feeding like posture, swallowing etc. Nurses need to be taught how to do it, what the problems are and how they might be overcome. Most importantly, they need to know the danger signs and when help is needed.
E) Psychological Sides of Infant Treatment
Child therapy is not always easy. The child becomes anxious, administering treatment can become especially difficult. The situation can become emotionally stressful for not only the child, but his or her parents and, often, for the nurse and staff providing care.
Objectives:
1) to learn how to calm the patient understanding his Psychology if he's anxious or worries or irritated by play therapy, music etc.
2) employ distractions, offer a treat, be educational is what a nurse should learn.
