Proposals are usually practical documents, serving a specific need. The first step is identifying that problem or need and its context; the second is proposing specific, practical steps to resolve it.
1. Identify a problem that needs to be solved in your school, workplace, or community/neighborhood. (needs to be healthcare related)
2. For whom is the problem a problem? How will these people suffer if the problem is not solved?
3. Who has the power to solve the problem and why hasn’t the problem been solved up to this point?
4. How can the problem be solved, what are the benefits to your specific solution, and who will bear these costs?
1) The problem related to indulging in drug abuse in the community generally small and young children's are indulged in the drug addiction .
2) the young population are more addicted to the drug abuse, if the problem is not solved then these people may suffer from many health conditions like depression,anxiety ,iv drug infections that sometimes are more serious like hepatitis ,viral infections etc and crimes like robbery, public drinking , road accidents etc
3) to correct this problem the power is in hands of the health agencies which can aware the people via the mass media, posters newpappers etc the effects of the drug abuse, the problem is not solved due to illegal supply of drugs to the small children's, young ones. Due to this illegal supply the problem gets worse
4) the problem can be only solved if the drug suppliers are identified and taken to jail. The rules related to drug abuse should b made strict. The benefits of the specific solution are the children's can be saved from drug addiction , the nation can be saved etc . The cost will bare the health policies
