Part 1

1. Cultural broking is action of making a bridge between two cultures and clearing the differences between the groups.
2. Cultural brokers are those who practices cultural broking in a good way to help clearing the differences between two groups having different cultures. The basically communicates and make the values and beliefs understood to the individual. The impact they has on patients as a a care provider is in a way to understand their believes and values and respect them and who work according to them without hurting their emotions towards their culture.
3. Cultural broking can be practiced by understanding others cultural views and ideas and respect them and try not to hurt them in any way or other. Sometimes cultural broking can also lead for better treatment if it turns out to be in the welfare of the patients interest.
4. Service can be improved towards patients by a good interpersonal relationships. However a good IPR can only be established if there is a respect between the relation of health care provider and patient. sometimes a treatment mein a go against the cultural values of the patient to but if the patient has a good IPR with his physician then a physician can make a patient understood the need of the treatment and how it will gonna help in his good health.

1. One can be better cultural broker as a health care provider by practicing under cultural views and ideas of his patient. Some hygienic and daily routine care front fore and future having a different culture, keeping this thing in mind for health care provider works according to it this will leads to better relationship and prognosis of the disease.
2. With better understanding and gaining the trust of the patient, you can have an impact on patient care. Like if a patient is denying for having a treatment because it goes against his culture then a physician can make him understood that how important that treatment is for him aur can find other way as an alternative treatment.
