are often unfavorable to change, which makes the process of change
more difficult to navigate. Therefore, "change management" and
"change leadership" are key concepts that are widespread in today's
business world. Although the concept of change management is well
established, transformational leadership is a new concept that many
organizations still do not understand. The advantages and
