The rise of technology has caused huge changes in most industries. More than ever, organizations today need to adapt, sometimes aggressively, to compensate for new needs and customer expectations. Unfortunately for these organizations, all employees are often unfavorable to change, which makes the process of change more difficult to navigate. Therefore, "change management" and "change leadership" are key concepts that are widespread in today's business world. Although the concept of change management is well established, transformational leadership is a new concept that many organizations still do not understand. The advantages and disadvantages of both are still widely discussed in the business world.

Although the definition of change management and leadership change is slightly different, most business leaders agree that issues of change management and leadership change are neither one nor the other. . Both change management and leadership change play a key role in the successful implementation of organizational change, and each has its strengths where others have weaknesses. Therefore, in order to achieve effective organizational change, companies must strive to utilize both management change and leadership change.

Change management refers to a structure that manages the organization's change and changes an organization from its current state to the desired future state. Since its inception, countless theories of change management and best practices have been documented and the consulting industry has successfully established itself as an expert in implementation of change management. The Change Management Force aims to organize strategic change for client organizations by ensuring that the organization continues to function normally throughout the transition. Although change management has proven to be effective for small changes, deep and large-scale constant change has proven to be a challenge. To better understand why change management faces this challenge, take a look at both the advantages and disadvantages of change management.
