Reflect upon the relevance or importance of any of the three personal attributes (Personal Character, Purpose, or Passion) that are the foundation of the Integrated Leadership and Character Revised Model. As you think about leadership or management in any context with which you are familiar, what do you think is the significance of one of these personal attributes
The three personal attributes viz, personal character, purpose and passion are of great significance to the understanding of effectiveness of integrated leadership and character revised model as these three attributes define the capacity, potential and drive of an individual to serve or perform the desires performance to accomplish the objectives of team. The purpose and passion of an individual defines his level of commitment and diligence towards a particular objective or motive, thus leader possessing and scoring high in these two attributes will demonstrate a strong willed mind and self motivation to work for the team objectives at the expense of other motives. Personal character on the other hand describes the values, beliefs, perception, opinion, principles and character of the individual to carry out the position of leader efficiently and incorporate fairness, ethics, integrity, honesty, and equity in the team to carry out the functions with morality.

Thinking of management and leadership in context of commitment towards goals the importance of passion as a core and Integral personal attribute of leader describes the intensity to which the individual at the position of manager or leader will be ready to contribute and invest his efforts, time, resources and hard work in helping the team and members prosper. Passion will determine the amount of commitment of leader towards organisational objectives. Passion describes the dedication of the leader to always undertake tasks and activities and work constantly towards achieving goals. .
