Alzheimer's disease is a brain disease which slowly distroys memory and thinking skill and finally to carry out simplest tasks. This disease damage and kill brain cells. Their seems to be two main nerve cell damage that cause alzheimer's disease : 1) Nerve cell develop tangles 2) Protein deposits called beta-amyloid plaque built up in brain.

Dementia is loss of mental function such as thinking, memory and reasoning which is so dangerous that interfere with daily life. It is basically a group of symptoms for many disease. Alzheimer's disease is most common cause for it.

Risk factor for Alzheimer's disease auch as age.and genetics cannot be controlled. The number of people with this dosease doubles every 5 years beyond the age 65. Nearly half of people age 85 or older may have this disease. This fact is signifact baecause the number of older adults are growing.

Thier are two type of Alzheimer's disease : early-onset and late-onset.Early-onset is rare form.of disease that occir in people age 30 to 60. In this age group, it is an inherited disaeae. It is caused by mutation or change in gene.

Late-onset is usually develops after age 6O. No obvious pattern. No obivious bettern of inheritance is seenin this case.
