NO SUITABLE REQUISITION FOUND imply to the user :-

(C) Purchase requisition(PR) has not converted in POs(Purchase Orders):- At an oraganization every purchase is made in systamic manner. Following are the process of Make a Purchase..

  • Every organization maintains Store/warehouse Ledger which contains Items received and items issued and closing balance of respected items. If any items closing balance comes to beyond required limit then store keeper Raise a demand in specified format of organization thats called PR which will duly signed by Store Keeper and appropriate Authority. There should be a contol so that Inventory has not been depletd.
  • Such PR comes to Purchase/Production Departmnet where it will converted to PO send to selected Supplier(Supplier may be selected on base of quotaion received for such items).
  • There after Supplier send goods to Store with PO and Invoice then store keeper receive items with matched items with PR raised by him and discrepancies shallbe reported to Production/Purchase Department.
  • After successful receiving of items such PO willbe signed by Store keeper and send the PO with Invoice to Accounts Department to Complete the payment.

Hence we can say that if PR not converted to PO it means there is any irregularity/depleted in store/inventory there may be reason of Pricing, Theft of Stock, etc so it implied NO Suitable Requisition Found..
