An MRP is a sophisticated information system and has became an important method in inventory control and production scheduling over years. An MRP system must be updated on time so as to replicate unplanned events, like breakdowns of machines, that exist inside or outside the assembly system. However, the resultant frequent disruption of open orders could be a major operational downside of MRP systems, that is generally termed as 'system nervousness'. Several operating variables and environmental factors can be the reason for nervousness of MRP
