E-commerce is growing at a very faster pace. Amazon regarded as the leading player almost covers the whole market. Google, Amazon's long time rival also entered the market with Google shopping. The two gaints already are giving tough competition to each other over e- commerce, Google shopping is a direct challenge to Amazon which was considered as an e- commerce incumbent.

In this cut throat competition these two goliaths are giving eachother, it is the small and medium sized e-commerce companies which are flourishing. People want things at their door steps with all comfort these companies provide them this convience with the help of e- commerce companies.

E- commerce provides a large market as it allows to reach customer all over the world. It provides facilities at a very low cost. Quick delivery of goods and tracking details to customer makes them feel really satisfied. Though there is lack of personal touch, lot of comparisons are possible online, only education and tech savy customers fall in the zone and it can involve lots of fraudulent activities as well. Still there is no doubt that ability to sell goods online has made many businesses viable & profitable.
