  • NPS is is the difference of total promoters and total detractors. It is used to predict the growth of a businesses.
  • In the NPS the customer for any company are categorized under three groups promoters, passive and detractors. The categorization is on the basis of their rating, often from 0-10, which shows how they like the product of your enterprise.
  • Promoters are those who like the service or product of your business and also encourage others to buy from that enterprise, thereby promoting others to become consumer of it. They score between 9-10.
  • Passive customer are neutral, they are not impressed or dislike by your product or service they are simply ok with it.score between 7-8 is considered as passive.
  • Detractors are those customers which I am not satisfied buy the product or service of the enterprise, the score between 0 to 6 is considered as detractors. They not only quit buying from you but also tend to demotivate other people not to buy from you.

Therefore, the net promoter score (NPS) is 15.83 .
