(Continue) Definitive Management is mainly Surgical (1)If right sided early growth-Right radical Hemicolectomy with ileo-transverse anastomosis (2) if transverse Colon-An extended right hemicolectomy (3) if left sided early growth-Left radical hemicolectomy. If liver secondaries present then hepatic resection mighy be required.

IF POSITIVE NODES,venous spread,Advanced carcinoma then chemotherapy using 5 fluorouacil with folinic acid.

NO ROLE FOR RADIOTHERAPHY AS TUMOUR IS RADIORESISTANT.

Follow up is very very important in this case, TIME INTERVAL--3 years at regular intervals in 3-6 months.
