Best nutritional choice to prevent Chronic diseases in the future:

Nutritional choices of an individual plays an important role in determining his present as well as the future health. Poor Nutritional choice like high fat , high Carbohydrate diet along with physical inactivity possess a great risk of chronic diseases , such as Diabetes Mellitus and Hypertension. To reduce the risk of chronic diseases for tomorrow one can can have healthy balanced diet , as the best nutritional choice, which contains whole grains , lean meat , fruits , vegetables and low fat dairy products. The diet should contain adequate Carbohydrates from Whole grains , fruits and vegetables , not from artificial sweeteners and processed foods. Also the diet should supply adequate protien mainly from plant source, fish and lean meat . The healthy diet should have low fat content , especially low in saturated fats and triglycerides , which can increase the LDL and can cause cardiovascular diseases , instead have the monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats.   The diet should contain various food groups to get the needed vitamin and minerals to the body. Along with the ' healthy balanced diet ' , regular physical exercise also important to reduce the risk of Chronic diseases for tomorrow.
