Students diet trend is changing day by which is continuously a challenge to make healthful food choices. It is mainly influenced by some of their individual factors such as taste of food, time and convenience, their social networks such as friends, peers and the lack of parental control. The some physical factors such as availability and accessibility of food materials and its prices, their advertisement through media affects the food choices. This will affect the health of students because some time they eat healthy food and some time not and may undergo under nutrition or over nutrition. The balanced and healthy diet is required for proper growth and development of students and different factors does not influence the food choice and diet of students. Because the food which we each undergo the digestion process which is started from oral cavity and last it in to stomach and then the nutrients are absorbed though the small and large intestine, it means what we eat it is absorbed by the body includes vitamins, minerals, proteins, lipids, carbs and are accumulated within the body for the synthesis of body mass, they shows their positive or negative impact depending on their concentration in diet. To maintain the healthy weight there is need to eat balanced and healthy food, drinking liquid food and water and regular exercise for 30 minute. The digestion process and metabolism depends on the diet and food we eat as well as daily activity of individual. The undigested and unabsorbed food we released in the form of fecal waste on daily basis. If we did not maintain a balanced and healthy diet, our digestion system cannot work properly and can produce side effects such as heartburn or constipation. So there is need to keep record of food we eat in student life because it is affecting our body in positive and negative ways that can be managed by eating healthy and balanced diet and a daily exercise of 30 minute.
