• Nutritive food for relatively low prices
• Maintaining healthy weight and achieving adequate exercise
• Reduce access to and consumption of dense calorie and nutrient- poor foods
• Providing accessible and affordable healthy food choices such as fruits and vegetables, low fat, whole grains.
• Provide supplemental nutrition assistance program
• Requiring healthy menu labelling and calorie information in restaurants
• Provide incentives for the restaurants providing healthy food. Example, carrot, fresh fruits replacing chips and french fries
• Advertising and provide awareness about the importance of healthy living
• Lactation rooms should be provided in public places
