How does the ACA improve the quality of health care?

ACA means the 'Affordable Care Act'. It's one of the most important health care related acts passed in the U.S. history. Ten years back, they introduced this act with the motto of providing access to healthcare to every individual by expanding the insurance coverage.

1. ACA successfuly decreased the number of people without an insurance and thereby made health care services available to everyone irrespective of their colour and income status.

2. They made insurance companies not to deny the expanded coverage area nor letting them charge high premium amounts.

3. One of the major drawback for quality health care is cost burden. Though the ACA has given rights to healthcare coverage, decreased the cost burden but, quality of care didn't improve.

The ACA almost helped in providing insurance to 50 million Americans and controlled the health care costs. Although the act was introduced to help many uninsured people, there were many failures associated.
