1. Why it is so difficult for hospital managers to establish specific objectives in all areas of the hospital especially in treatment areas

The job of hospital manager comprises of multiple challenges in multiple departments of the hospital and no no single method objective can be applied to all the department in the same manner as the requirements and challenges of all the departments are different and the methods of handling their needs to be different in order to be effective and provide resolution. Specific objectives in different areas provided in all areas as medical requirement it the progression of diseases and the need for treatment it is diverse and no single objective can be used for another patient as his health condition and physiology differs. So for this purpose is it is challenging for the hospital manager to have objectives intimate areas and at the same time in sure that the treatment carries taken with utmost quality and care.

2. Why diagonal communication is domain and mostly used as a method of communication among the hospital departments and units especially the medical and other health units and group

Diagonal communication is a type of communication where the hierarchy of the designation of the organisation is not followed and the requirement of critical information is taken directly from the person in the other department in order to save time and provide effective resolution for the patient based on the information communicated diagonally. Diagonal communication is important for functioning of a diverse group and when you see in case of hospitals for treating single patient there are multiple departments such as a diagnostic departments, the medical treatment department, medical laboratory pharmacy, nursing, etc. Diagonal communication is critical when we have less time on a hand and take critical decisions about patients health and communicate directly with different departments and appropriate persons and get their medical opinion and expertise in order to provide best possible care and treatment for the patient without taking in the hierarchy of communication and focusing on patient care.
