Basically business is run for development purpose but duuuue to the certain happening of certain event in form of crying , the firm take decision to sissolve which is not easy for the firm but for the benefit it needs to be dissolve .

These are various reason which identify the reason for dissolution of business due to target of thieves :

- these figure represent a significant increase over previous year and figure is continously increasing

- criminals harvest the useful data such as EIN numbers that are available online or via simple information request and identify theives can collect data easily

- once the information is possesed , it is simple for these person to take steps to place a cooperation into good standing or reinstate has been administratively dissolved or revoked without the knowledge of owner

- once a criminal has reinstated a cooperation or LLC or placed it back into goods standing , the criminal may now appear to have the athority to act on behalf of the victimised company

- this means taht new loans or lines of credit may betaken out and have a chance to sign a new contract
