Answer

Poorest countries are so poor because of a lot of factors ,Its not just about economy but politically and socially they are unstable which ultimately and collectively result into their poorness. The ppor country when try to develop , they faces prblems like Corruption in the administration system or govt, Lack of proper resources to deal with inflation , unemployment , high taxation causing deficit on the country , higher interest rate all these are the barrier for a poor country .Some poor country are not poor infact their system is poor and that is why their development is under process or not under process. For a poor country to develop ,first thing they should do is to have a proper policy which deals with corruption so that proper allocation of resurce can be done fairly ,Policy macroeconomic response like health care system, education ,assistance to production sector even if this happen at the cost of borrowing it should or must do .In that way policies can be adopted to curb poorness from a poor country .
