What does quality of justice mean in America?

Justice in criminal matter does not mean the finding of guilt or innocence at the end of each Case.quality of Justice means from the time of arrest until the case is over ,the prosecution obtains all the evidence they can to achieve a conviction,from all sources and if needed,expert witness etc.the defense had the opportunity to cross examine all witness, present their case and the defendant can choose to testify or not have their witness and expert witness testify etc.

Also both side have the right to participate in trying to pick an impartial jury,both side give over all discovery .they each have in possession and they must turn it over to each other,before going to court.
