ACCOUNTING INFORMATION SYSTEM - an analysis

It is a system of collecting , storing and processing financial and accounting data that are used by the top management or decision maker , it is basically a computer based method for trekking accounting activity with relate to information technology resources.

AIS is a structure that business uses to collect, manage, process , retreive , reports its financial data which can be used by many persons like accountant, consultant, business analyst , managers , auditors, regulators and tax agencies which take help from these information and make plans for the future of business.

Specially trained accountants which work in depth with AIS to insure the highest level of accuracy in a company's financial transaction and record keeping as well as make financial data easily available to those who needed.

- AIS is used by the company to collect , store , manage and report financial data
