Solution:

As we all know the pandemic covid 19 has wident their impact all over the wolrd by causing huge number of death and huge loss in economy. Many well developed countries like America, China and many of the Europian countries have tasted the impact of this pandemic. In America 1.4 million people affected so far with more than 82000 death!!! which is world's highest recorded death caused by the Covid 19. So we can say the USA is the most affected country with low recovery rate. Here you could observe the irony, America has got development in almost all fields. They also have very well developed and sophisticated medical and research system, still the most affected!! So we have to start from the grass root level, more precisely from primary level. Many third world countries are fighting well against this pandemic compared to developed countries. Once we analyse this thoroughly we could see a well developed primary health care systems running in these coutries. America also should adopt this well ordered health care system. It should make drastic changes to their on going health policies. The American government should invest more and focus on the primary healthcarr system. I think by making a strong base we could protect the country and its people from upcoming pandemics.
