In order to give impetus to the shareholders being CURRENT & FUTURE for captivating the shareholders of engineering, manufacturing and consulting public company, a company can followthrough the following 3 agendas :

1. Engineering ; There are no lack in the no of people who holds a land before the crisis emerged , they all are waiting to build their homes , once the pandemic goes away , in such a scenario we come to know that the loyal shareholders [equity] would stay anyway , while a handful for intraday players will still make their move leveraging on the little ups and down strike , from what I have read that the deeper mishap done to the stockmarket is compensated by a proportionally larger come back after few years in the past . So since the homemakers will make home eventually , you can try to build & incorporate the idea of “positive turning out hope – that better days will come where you can build your home”

Also, telling prospective shareholders to invest because , they can benefit from minimum spending and sharp upward movement of prices .

(outstanding delivery #balfour beatty – still operating smoothly by inculcating safe distancing measures .PCl construction services,inc.-completed making hospitals and related infrastructure) >>check

2. Manufacturing ; The non-durable sector is seeing a good effect of covid because they are only focusing on fastest selling product lines and trimming down inefficient ones , experiencing an overall development.

Durable goods has certainly seen a slowdown , the future shareholders can be captured by changing the focus on the most convenient and home based goods like, I myself bought a laptop between this quarantine period , in order to support my work from home , adding to such luxuries the company can highlight similar items – ex. Comfortable* sofa , family sets .etc

Focusing on the now most engaged platform of influencer can still bind the cosmetic department if they focus on look good everywhere , a product line of a brand ( I don’t remember) focused on the natural low maintenance , easy to use makeup which can be a good option if we want people to use makeup at home.We need to get into the consumers shoes- not aggressive and on the door selling , but generate service that make them come to you. Don’t change the whole product value – modify it , streamline it , focus on less , highlight home leisure , customize service, offer telephone query redressonal.

3. Consulting public company ; consultancy market holders can still make their move while they are benefiting from the increase in time available to a client sitting at home. Insurance companies continue to grow because of the tension in uncertainity , even stock brokers are continuously glorifying the advantages of investing less now and lumpsum in future in case the stock market revisages upwards suddenly.working to reduce the tension and risk shifting factors a company can gain the momentum.

(have you seen a tagline as ‘consultancy solutions help companies deal with COVID-19)

hope this helped in what you are looking for

Thankyou.
