The factors that decides the pay of employees in monthly salary or hourly work are given below :

Salary is defined as the amount of money paid to the employee by the company or organisation for his or her contribution towards the work provided. It is paid in different ways like monthly basis, Hourly basis and daily basis.

The employers pays the monthly salary to the employee depending upon their qualification, experience , skills and also the management experience.

The main impact of the salary is depends on quality and qualifications of the education. Management based graduates will shows a better quality and price in the job market. Experience is the most important for the employee job offers and salary are mainly influenced by the year of experience. The salary for the job is directly proportional to the skills the employee bring to the job. The skilled and most specific qualifications will always paid more by administration and their general position. The employee who has management experience are often paid higher packages.

The employers decide the amount to be paid for the employee in hourly basis depends on the same basis of the skills which are mentioned in the monthly basis.
