The instructor dropped the thick packet of course readings on Delila Meade's desk. It landed with a loud thunk. “We'll be reading this packet over the next four weeks,” the instructor announced. But staring at the packet, all Delila could think was, I don't think I could even lift that, let alone read it in just a month! Sure, Delila thought, she was interested in the topics of the readings. They all dealt with the history of computer programming, and Delila was in college to get her degree in that same field. She told herself a lot of the information in the readings would probably be very useful, both in college and throughout her programming career. But still - all Delila could focus on as she stared at the packet were nagging questions.
How could she possibly read all of it in four weeks?
How would she remember all that material for tests or on the job?
And perhaps most urgently of all, how would she even get the massive packet home?
How would you advise Delila to prepare for her course reading?
How would you suggest Delila organize her time so she could finish the readings in the allotted four weeks?
How might Delila stay focused on her reading?
How might she most effectively use writing as a way to accomplish her task?
What techniques might Delila use to memorize long lists or other key material from her reading?
In what ways can Delila use rethinking techniques to improve her understanding of the readings in the packet?
Prepare a 1 - 2 page analysis using the five questions listed that would help Delia with this reading project.
1.) How would you advise Delila to prepare for her course reading?
I would Delila to use the P.O.W.E.R model to prepare. She needs to set short term goals to reach different parts for the week or the day.
2.) How would you suggest Delila organize her time so she could finish the readings in the allotted four weeks?
I would suggest that Delila she set a small term goal of reading a certain amount every day. I think that if she does it in one day she might forget it.
3.) How might Delila stay focused on her reading? How might she most effectively use writing as a way to accomplish her task?
I think to stay focus she should read a little bit at a time, take a break every now and then, and try to keep distractions and interruptions to a minimum. Also, while she reads she should take notes, if by some reason she forgets she can go back and look over the notes
4.) What techniques might Delila use to memorize long list or other key material from her reading?
Some techniques she may use to memorize long list or other key material from her reading would be create a list or jot down important key points in the reading.
5.) In what ways can Delila use rethinking techniques to improve her understanding of the readings in the packet?
Delila can use rethinking techniques to improve her reading by rereading everything along with notes she took. This will help understand what you were reading about your have the book and your own personal way of understanding it.

Simply we may conclude the analysis that we will be using Delila for testing the P.O.W.E.R code. She needs to establish short-term targets each week or day to meet various pieces. I will recommend that Delila set the target of reading a certain amount per day for a limited word. I guess she will miss this if she did it in one day. I suggest she can read a little at a time and keep focused, take a rest every now and then and strive and eliminate disruptions and interruptions. She can always take notes as she writes, whenever she forgets to go back and check at the reading for whatever purpose. Two methods she might use to memorize long list or other important content from her reading would be to build a chart or recognise main points of reading. Delila will use methods of rethinking to enhance her comprehension by re-reading all along with notes she had made. It should help you appreciate what you know in your novel, and your own personal interpretation of it.
