INTRODUCTION

Globalization means the process of interaction and integration, all countries use the globalization to grow themselves and to develop there country. With the good relationship and interaction only any country sustain there development and can grow within world. Because, due human power, machinery power, resource power all region have there own speciallty and with the help of one and another speciality all can grow in there individual level. That's why globalization is good for all the country across the world. This process of globalization is not new its as old as we are but before its trend of exchange is different and now its benefited to all.

CHANGES IN NATURE OF WORK DUE TO GLOBALIZATION :-

Due, to globalization our nature of work also changed, we got lots of benifits from this globalization and ideas of development, we can see those changes in various point below :-

1. FLEXIBLITY :- Due, to our bonds with other countries we established our companies to other countries and they did same to our country and we are now working together, this bring flexiblity to our work nature. Now, we are flexible with work timings and dead lines.

2.TRAININGS :- As, we are establishing our companies across the world so they need a well developed employee who can tackle the all circumstances and culture of that place where he is working to avoid embarrasment and rejection, for that now a days company trainned to there employes to work in all circumstances.

3.PAYMENTS :- As, now we are working with overseas companies they are providing good sources of income to all countries and that's why they are giving good payments to there employes, and good standard of living. Now, all have many oppourtunity to increase our sources of income according to there talent.

COUNCLUSION :-

Globlization overall gave good impact on the nature of work and yet to come many more, third world countries are getting many benefits in there development in standard and living.. with the help of oversea interaction all got good oppurtunity and new talents got chance to flourish there talent and show to world. In working method some flexiblity increased and production too.
