When at your practice site, identify 25 prescription medications in stock that are within the top 100 and complete the table below. This activity should be hands-on in that you are identifying the medication location within the pharmacy and opening up the bottle to identify the medication. An example is provided. If you are unable to find a section of the table, use the package insert. If you cannot find the package insert at the pharmacy, ask a technician.
