Answer- Dosage-dependent drug is better than independent as we decrease the chance of risk of toxicity as dose-dependent drug are those in which we calculate the minimal or specific amount of drug dosage which will affect or work against the target site to block the infection, this is calculated but undertaking the IC-50 count in which we find out the minimum drug dose which will affect the 50% of population and then we increase the dose to find out the perfect dose which will kill all the infection.
This does dependency increase or decrease evidence that inhibitory is directly affecting the pathway as the amount of dose will inhibit the affecting pathway that will result to block the targeted site so that infection can be stopped, this means that dosage amount inhibits the targeted pathway which will result in the blocking of pathway/receptor leading to control of infection.
