Effective team work is necessary for maintaining good working condition of a health care system. Effective team work means the different health care personal in an organization work together to gain a common goal. In health care system the effective team work is help to provide effective,safe and quality health care services to patient and improve patient satisfaction.

We look on the past decades the health care services are oriented to physician ,that means the head of the health care system is a physician and physician does not show any team work with other health care team members. But now a days the health care system recognized the importance of effective team work to promote patient well being
