Answer: Fourth branch of government in United States of America can be described as American constitutional legislative executive as well as the judicial groups which falls under the control of the American government. Us independent administrative agencies and the technical parts of the executive branch are sometimes totally referred the fourth branch of government.
Administrative agencies are basically funded by the public money. Without proper control these Agencies are in a huge risk of being oversight by the government. American political system is directly a democracy is reliance which is usually thought as acquired relative administrative Agencies which are influenced by the government. Delegated rulemaking authority as well as investigation and execution have a direct effect of the government over them. Educity we can see that independent administrative agencies are mainly called the fourth branch of government as they are responsible for creating laws but these laws are usually influenced by the mindset of the government.

Media
Media is considered as a fourth branch of the government as it provides very basic structure for a community by providing positive as well as negative points of the society. In this term fourth branch can be used to describe the effect of government on the media.

People can also be considered as fourth branch of the government. They are considered as the fourth branch by the Grand jury in the bill of rights.

Lobbyists and other influential personalities are part of interest groups which is also considered as fourth part of the government. As these are mostly administrative bodies and have authoritative power to with a government..
