Answer: Fourth branch of government in United States of America can be described as American constitutional legislative executive as well as the judicial groups which falls under the control of the American government. Us independent administrative agencies and the technical parts of the executive branch are sometimes totally referred the fourth branch of government.

Administrative agencies are basically funded by the public money. Without proper control these Agencies are in a huge risk of being oversight by the government.
